Hey,

My name is Cezary Wojciechowski, and I created Awake Strong to bridge the gap between fitness and health.

 

My journey began as a personal trainer. For years, I was obsessed with training. I focused on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while building strength and endurance through many different methods. I started with old-school gym workouts, later focusing on powerlifting. Then I moved on to CrossFit, all sorts of functional training methods, and even the so-called “movement” practice - you name it. I took many different courses and certifications, expanding my knowledge and experience along the way.

 

I worked with dozens - probably hundreds - of 1-on-1 clients worldwide, and thousands of people in group classes, workshops, and courses across Asia and Europe.

 

On the outside, I looked fit, strong, and successful. But inside, I lacked integrity and clarity about my values, and it showed in lifestyle choices that weren’t truly supporting me.

Maybe you know what that feels like - when something looks fine on the surface but deep down doesn’t add up.

For me, the first signs were subtle: sleep disturbances, gut issues, signals from my body I couldn’t name at the time but now recognize as early warnings of imbalance.

 

Then came the breaking point. I developed chronic knee bursitis, forcing me to stop BJJ. Doctors told me surgery was my only option. Still, something inside whispered, this isn’t the real solution. 

 

At the same time, I felt other aspects of my health unraveling - systemic inflammation, unexplained pains, worry that consumed me. Maybe you’ve had moments like this too, when the answers you were given didn’t feel right, and you knew there had to be another way.

I dug deeper.

 

Trial and error, countless tests, consultations, spending thousands of dollars.

Frustrated and often dismissed by conventional healthcare, I felt lost.

 

And yet, those challenges became the turning point.

 

Because when I finally opened myself to a holistic approach, things began to shift.

My breakthrough came when I learned to trust my instincts and embrace a multidimensional path - combining lifestyle, nutrition, herbs, emotional balance, and alignment with my values.

 

Slowly, I felt my health and life returning.

 

 

 

 

I share this because I know how isolating it can feel when you’re in pain, uncertain, or questioning your own body’s signals.

 

And I want you to know you’re not alone.

 

Today, my mission is bigger than me. It’s about helping you find your way through your own challenges - blending the physical, emotional, and lifestyle aspects so that health becomes something you live, not something you chase.

 

Because I’ve been there, I can say with certainty: there is a way forward.
